We are looking for a qualified and experienced ADOS Assessors to join our expanding team, conducting face-to-face Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS) assessments for both children and adults across the Merseyside, Knowsley, and Leeds areas. You will play a key role in the diagnostic process, helping to identify autism spectrum conditions and providing vital support to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct face-to-face ADOS assessments with children and adults in clinic.
* Analyse and interpret assessment findings to deliver accurate, thorough diagnostic reports.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
* Ensure clinical records are accurate and up-to-date, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Requirements:
* Professional qualification (e.g; psychologist, speech and language therapist, occupational therapist) with ADOS-2 certification.
* Current registration with a statutory body
* Experience conducting ADOS assessments with both children and adults.
* Strong understanding of autism spectrum conditions and experience working with neurodiverse individuals.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
* Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet reporting deadlines.
* Ability to travel to one of our clinics in Merseyside, Knowsley, or Leeds for face-to-face assessments.
