What you will do in your working day
Some of the things the successful apprentice will undertake are:
* You will provide a high standard of performance ensuring confidentiality to enable the service to continue to operate efficiently.
* The successful candidate will support the blue badge team and will work closely with the blue badge team leader.
* There will be opportunity to learn a wide range of business administration and customer services tasks.
* Day to day tasks will be varied and include checking blue badge applications, contacting customers by email, letters and phone to give advice and guidance.
* Assisting with various projects to promote good customer service.
The training you will be getting
The qualification you will be working towards is a NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration and the learning side of your apprenticeship will be delivered by Surrey Adult Learning. As you progress through your course, you’ll have 2 half days a week of time to study. There may be some face to face workshops and meetings with other apprentices.
Apprentices without level 2 English and maths will need to achieve this level prior to taking the End-Point Assessment.
