The role of the Internal Account Manager – Accessible Bathrooms will involve:
* Internal Account Manager position, selling a high quality manufactured range of functional and practical adapted bathroom equipment and accessories (grab rails, Doc M packs, showering, accessible washroom equipment and washroom accessories)
* Solely focusing on selling into trade accounts consisting of national and independent merchants
* Managing circa 1200 accounts including reporting and ensuring they are hitting targets
* Pro-actively calling accounts to inform them of new product ranges and providing consultative advice with a view to grow revenue
* Responding to incoming sales enquiries predominantly by telephone and some email correspondence
* Responsible for creating proposals and quotations, identifying opportunities and servicing accounts as required
* Building and developing strong, long lasting relationships with customers and clients
* Working closely with the National Trade Manager
* Identify project leads and facilitate hand over to Trade BDM to further develop sales
The ideal applicant will be an Internal Account Manager – Accessible Bathrooms with:
* Must have a proven track record in sales, ideally working for a manufacturer or dealing with builders & plumbers merchants
* Competent individual with the ability to resolve most customer queries independently
* Comfortable with being on the telephone and liaising with customers
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* High levels of attention to detail and organisation
* IT literate (Microsoft Office)
* Driven, hungry, and adaptable individual
