Key Responsibilities: Manage external insulation projects from start to finish. Oversee site operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Supervise and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times. Liaise with local councils and property developers to maintain strong working relationships. Conduct site inspections and quality checks to uphold the highest standards. Project Details: Sites range in duration from 6 weeks up to 2 years. Work mainly involves council and property developer projects. Projects focus on the installation, repair, and maintenance of external wall insulation. Working Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Friday: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM Ideal Candidate: Experience managing external wall insulation projects. Proven background working within council and property developer settings. Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively. Ability to oversee multiple projects and ensure compliance with industry standards. Locally based in Swansea, Cardiff, or Caerphilly to support regional projects.
