Social Media Executive - Up to £30k benefits - Hybrid 2-3 days office Our client is an award-winning, international brand, who positions social media at the forefront of their overarching marketing strategy. Based in Oxford, this is a hybrid role with 2-3 days in the office and working with a flexible, supporting and highly creative team As Social Media Executive, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing their international social media strategy to increase existing brand awareness and community engagement. Your role will be pivotal to help to develop, implement and manage a social media strategy and develop compelling social media content that is on brand and drives engagement. This role needs strong experience in Adobe Creative Suite and video editing software. As Social Media Executive, you will be highly creative with your own video content, so you can shoot, create, curate and edit content for all social channels. You will also plan and implement successful social tactics to drive engagement and work with influencers and community to co-create content, ensuring authenticity and alignment with the brand. This role needs a real team-player, as you will work closely with the wider digital marketing team and digital agency to align social media and calendar. Social media will be your passion and you will naturally stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in social media algorithms. What do I need? At least one years’ experience in social media Proficient in Adobe creative suite and video editing software Experience working with social media management and analytics platforms Creative flair and an eye for design Highly organised and detail-oriented Strong understanding of brand voice, tone, and style Ability to adapt messaging to suit different audiences, platforms, and objectives Knowledge of social media advertising platforms, particularly the TikTok and Meta ecosystems An analytical mind: you should be able to both learn from and utilise data Are you looking for a different role?
