Chroma are currently working with a forward-thinking MSP based in the West Manchester area who are looking for a 3rd Line Support Engineer to join their growing team!
Offering up to £55K and a hybrid working model (3 days per week onsite), this is an excellent opportunity for someone with extensive Modern Workplace experience looking to join a dynamic team.

As a 3rd Line Support Engineer, you will be a key player in supporting the company’s Modern Workplace practice. Day to day you will be responsible for incident management, and acting as a technical escalation point for issues encompassing Azure and the Microsoft Office stack.
Key Support Skills/Experience required:
* Configuration and administration
* Experience in a 3rd line/infrastructure engineer position
* In-depth O365 support experience
* Windows Server
* Azure
Beneficial Skills/Experience:
* Azure/Microsoft Certifications
* Citrix
* MSP experience
