Full time/part time: BANK SHIFTS
Before applying for this role, it is essential that you have an NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent MCA qualification.
The pharmacy service is open on Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 8pm and Saturday from 9:00am to 2.30pm. Applicants will contribute to our excellent evening service Monday to Friday 5:30pm – 8:00pm and Saturday 9am to 2:30pm.

About The Cromwell Hospital
The Cromwell Hospital is a major international private hospital in West London receiving both UK and international patients. We are committed to providing the highest quality healthcare outpatient and inpatient service care. The hospital has 180 beds and 4 suites, 6 theatres, medical and surgical wards, CDU, level 2 and 3 full intensive care facilities, paediatrics, diagnostic services, physiotherapy, and a dedicated day surgery unit.
You’ll help us make health happen by:
* Acting as the service ambassador and providing an exceptional outpatient pharmacy counter service to all patients, staff, and healthcare professionals.
* Managing and coordinating the front counter service, identifying customer needs, and offering appropriate advice on over-the-counter medicines.
* Ensuring all customers are well received and responded to appropriately. You’ll register patients, take payments, provide an accurate cashier function, manage a daily float in line with current policy and procedures, and collect data for audit purposes.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Excellent Customer Service focus
* NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent MCA qualification (essential)
* Experience of retail pharmacy or hospital pharmacy (essential)
* Computer literate
* Experience in service delivery in the area of Pharmacy (essential)
