Purpose Statement: To contribute to the quality and timely delivery of Plexus products by applying technical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. Key Job Accountabilities:
1. Executes Manufacturing solutions and provides services that are high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy the customer's requirements, applying process improvement or troubleshooting as it applies to their role.
2. Utilizes appropriate tools to perform necessary work including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes or production as it applies to their role.
3. Demonstrates a basic, discipline-specific understanding of how they support the full Plexus Manufacturing processes and Product Requirements & Specifications as it applies to their role.
4. Successfully executes responsibilities under supervision in accordance with good manufacturing practices and Plexus' Manufacturing Processes and provides support to direct production line operators as it applies to their role.
5. Basic understanding of equipment, process control, safety, risk awareness, setup awareness, and operation as it applies to their role.
Education/Experience Qualifications:
1. A minimum of one (1) year completed of an Associate's degree or the completion of a Diploma in a discipline related to Electronics, Manufacturing, Engineering, or Science.
2. One (1) or more years of related experience is preferred.
3. An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.
