Branch Manager – Estate Agent Location: Worthing On Target Earnings (OTE): £45,000 – £50,000, including profit share and uncapped commission Role Overview: The Branch Manager is responsible for leading the residential sales team, maximizing branch income and profitability, and delivering exceptional estate agency services. Optimize opportunities to secure market appraisals, instructions, viewings, reservations, sales, and mortgage introductions. Motivate and support team members and new recruits, ensuring they receive necessary training and development. Requirements: Preferably experienced as a Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Residential Sales Manager, or a Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent, Lister, Valuer seeking progression. Demonstrable sales management experience. Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment. Proven experience in managing, leading, and mentoring a team. Outstanding customer care experience. Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
