What will you do? Responsible for hierarchical management of operator teams via Team Leaders. Manage the manufacturing/assembly teams at process level in order to meet business and customer needs in terms of health and safety, quality, customer satisfaction and productivity. This role will report to the Manufacturing Operations & Transformation Manager. A minimum of 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent), at Grade 4 or above including Maths (higher paper), English and a science related subject. Safety qualification IOSH, NEBOSHH or relevant experience preferable. Minimum of 3 years experience delivering industrial productivity in a similar environment Least 2 years experience of successfully managing a range of people issues and projects preferred
