The Role: Creative Account Manager
We’re looking for a confident, creative, and strategic account manager who can drive campaigns forward — blending brand strategy, project execution, and client management.
This is a hybrid role for someone who can lead delivery while shaping the direction of the campaigns they’re running. You'll play a key role in shaping client outcomes, managing internal teams, and pushing ideas forward from pitch to final results.
What You’ll Do
* Own day-to-day campaign delivery for key clients
* Lead brand strategy discussions and deliver strategic input throughout projects
* Be the key point of contact for clients, ensuring top-level service and confidence
* Collaborate closely with our creative, paid media, PR, and development teams
* Ensure projects stay on track, on brief, and on budget
* Manage project burn and third-party costs, keeping directors updated
* Run weekly client calls and own reporting and performance reviews
* Brief freelancers and external teams, managing quality and timelines
* Work hands-on with AI tools and systems to streamline delivery
* Help optimise internal workflows and spot areas for improvement
* Stay plugged into new trends in product launches, tech, and creative strategy
* Actively contribute to agency growth and innovation thinking
* Work with the sales side to ensure consistency and tracking pipeline
What We’re Looking For
* 2–4 years in a digital or creative agency
* Experience leading projects and managing clients
* Strong understanding of brand strategy, creative process, and client services
* Confident communicator with great instincts and attention to detail
* Organised, proactive, and ambitious — always pushing for better
* Familiar with Asana, CRMs, and modern project tools
* Comfortable using AI or learning tools to drive smarter delivery
Bonus Points
* Knowledge of the e-commerce space
* Experience in consumer tech or physical product campaigns
* UX, copywriting, or PR knowledge
* Interest in emerging tech, e-commerce trends, and future industries
