**A little information about the child and their needs, likes, dislikes, etc:**
* O is non verbal, has autism, learning difficulties & sight impaired.
* O loves her PA and she cannot wait to go out with her.
* O is very determined and knows what she likes and what she wants to do.
* O communicates with symbols. O has many sensory needs and likes to flick pens/pencils/sticks in her hands, listen to music, bang objects to make different sounds, likes echos, stamps feet, claps hands. Likes singing. Likes swimming. Also likes supermarkets with lifts and travellators. Likes swings especially squeaky ones! Doesnt like a lot of people or crying children. O will walk away from a play park if there are too many children. O will usually move away from a group and likes to be with less people.
* O loves chocolate buttons and will happily share.
**Dates and times support is wanted:**
* E.g. Every other Saturday from 2pm-5pm/ once a month for 4 hours/ Tuesdays 5pm-7pm/etc. To be decided. School holidays possibly 10am-12pm once or twice per week.
* Term time possibly 3.15-5.15pm or 4-6pm Monday or Tuesday, or Friday. Session for 2 hours. Saturday for 2 hours. We can be flexible.
* Dates youd be available for a home visit and preferred start date
**Child will need to be present so 1:1 can meet them, and we can ensure they are a good match.**
Monday or Friday from 4pm when O gets home from school or Saturday.

**Location(s) of support:**
* E.G. Yate area, Staple Hill area, address of club they will be attending, Airhop, Wild Place, etc. Hanham area for walks or Keynsham park. Super sense in Bristol. The Sense Woodside Centre Kingwood. Possibly Tesco in Yate, Asda Longwell green, Galleries in Bristol.
* Swimming anywhere we can find a suitable session.
* We are looking at trampolining SEN sessions and looking for other activities and clubs that are suitable.
**Duties of the buddy:**
* i.e. taking your child for a walk to the park, meeting your child at a club like cubs or brownies, and what they will be doing while supporting your child i.e. managing behavior, personal care such as nappy changing or toileting support, offering support through activities, etc. As above. May have to manage behavior, help her to avoid stinging nettles and brambles. Possible personal care ie pad changing and toileting support. Help with crossing roads and staying safe. If swimming help with dressing and undressing.
* Singing, clapping hands, providing support during activities.
**Business insurance would be needed on the buddys car, and this can make it harder to find support. **
