Description
As Financial Services Administrator, you will play a key role in management of day to day administration, providing support to senior colleagues dealing with various tasks such as:
Communicating with Financial Advisers and clients
Preparing and processing all new client documentation and amendments
Monitoring of transfers of assets/cash from other institutions
ISA subscriptions and transfers
Processing of payments
Liaising with business support team regarding administration of client accounts
Ensuring all client details and reviews are recorded correctly on systemsProfile
As Financial Services Administrator, you must have:
Experience ideally in a financial services administration role or a graduate who is looking to break into the industry
Wealth management background would be preferable but not essential
High level of attention to detail
Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise effectively
Strong team player with ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
