What You'll Do:
* Deliver exciting, engaging lessons that keep students hooked and learning—even if the regular teacher is away.

* Manage classroom dynamics with confidence and ensure a positive, fun learning atmosphere.
* Adapt on the fly to meet the unique needs of different students and learning styles.
* Support students’ academic and social-emotional development, helping them flourish.
* Supervise assignments and assessments—keeping learning on track.
* Collaborate with fellow staff to maintain continuity in students’ education and progress.
* Provide feedback to regular teachers on student performance and any noteworthy behaviour.
* Follow school policies like a pro—ensuring a smooth experience for students and staff alike.

What We’re Looking For:
* A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (teaching certification is a big plus!).
* Previous experience as a Supply Teacher or in a similar role is a bonus.
* Versatile knowledge across various subjects and the ability to teach different age groups.
* Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in diverse learning environments.
* Stellar communication and interpersonal skills—you know how to connect with students!
* The ability to quickly build rapport and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
* Strong organizational skills to juggle lesson plans, materials, and assessments.
* Patience, resilience, and a passion for shaping young minds.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
