About the role and you We are seeking a candidate who can provide an efficient financial and administrative service to Break as a member of our finance team. AAT Level 3 or equivalent is desirable. Typical duties of the role will include: Be the main point of support to charity shop managers on financial returns and procedures. Carry out weekly postings for sales, gift aid, new sales and donations ensuring recorded correctly. Undertake audit checks at shops, to maintain compliance on internal retail audit procedures. Collect information on Gift Aid from the Retail and Fundraising Departments, making claims to HMRC on a regular basis. Set up payments in the banking system and undertake signatory duties in authorising payments etc. Support all areas of the Finance Department by providing cover in the event of absences and holidays.
