Hunter Communication Services is looking for a Sales Manager to drive business growth across the Midlands and North of England. If you have experience in enterprise CCTV, access control together with a proven track record in B2B sales - this could be a great opportunity for you.
The Role
* Identify and secure new business in the electronic security sector.
* Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in commercial, industrial, and public sector organisations.
* Conduct site surveys and develop tailored security solutions.
* Prepare proposals, tenders, and presentations for prospective clients.
* Work towards and exceed sales targets, managing your pipeline via Pipedrive CRM and CASH.
What We're Looking For
* A proactive go-getter who thrives on winning new business, not just managing existing accounts.
* 5+ years of sales experience in electronic security, selling to sectors like healthcare, education, local authorities, and commercial businesses.
* Strong technical knowledge of CCTV, access control, and intruder alarms (fire & life safety experience is a plus).
* A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* The ability to engage and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
* A self-motivated, results-driven approach with excellent communication skills.
* A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
