You will assist in the day-to-day paid media management of the business, working closely with their global agency and the Digital Manager in driving forward strategy and performance. You will also work with brand and studio teams to develop best-in-class creative assets and copy, whilst also analysing performance and making data-driven decisions.
1. Manage, coordinate and build paid media campaigns across Google, Meta and other relevant platforms to support business needs and drive growth
2. Explore, suggest and drive new ideas and concepts across the paid landscape to ensure successful growth of our paid activity
3. Explore and support new and emerging Paid channels
4. Coordinate with key teams to develop and organise asset and content creation
5. Work with Digital Manager to ensure key KPIs and business goals are met
6. Analysis of data to find potential gaps for growth and challenge the agency on performance
