Develop and maintain a data quality roadmap to guide the organization's data quality initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with various stakeholders, including business users, data governance teams, and technology teams, to understand data quality requirements and develop appropriate solutions. Define, implement, and monitor data quality metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to measure the effectiveness of data quality initiatives. Identify, prioritize, and manage data quality issues, ensuring timely resolution and ongoing improvement of data quality processes. Evaluate and recommend data quality tools and technologies to support the organization's data quality objectives. Develop data quality guidelines, policies, and standards to ensure consistent data quality management across the organization. Drive the adoption of data quality best practices through training, documentation, and change management initiatives. Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies in the data quality space, and apply relevant insights to improve the organization's data quality capabilities. Working in close partnership with all LOBs (Markets, Operations, Investment Banking, etc.) to ensure product roadmap is collectively aligned to the firms strategic vision, while being mindful of business requirements across the entirety of the CIB Partner with the Data Engineering Technology team to ensure the product vision, roadmap and prioritization is clearly understood and efficiently executed Who are we hiring? We are looking for an outstanding, Product Director - Data Quality with experience building and scaling digital and data products from concept to delivery. We are looking for someone who, when something needs to be done, people come to you to get it done. Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field; You have 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years of experience in data management/quality and at least 2 years in a product role Strong understanding of data quality concepts, methodologies, and best practices. Familiarity with data quality tools and technologies, such as Informatica, Talend, or Collibra. Experience working with various data sources, formats, and data integration technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex data quality issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. Knowledge of investment banking products, processes, and regulations is a plus. An understanding of “as-a-service” models and the core capabilities of the public Cloud You have strong leadership skills and the ability to independently own products or a portfolio of products end-to-end. You have a strong track record of product deliveries Experience in organizing, researching and analysing client needs.
