Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Occupational Health and Safety Manager to join our team at Atlas Recruitment Group Ltd.
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing health and safety policies, procedures, and initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and review health and safety policies, procedures, and standards.
* Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Investigate accidents and incidents, and provide recommendations for prevention.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement risk management strategies.
Requirements:
* A degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in health and safety management.
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including ISO 45001.
* Excellent communication and project management skills.
