Hours: Monday - Friday, between the hours of 08:30 am to 5:30 pm - hybrid (3 days in office)
Salary: £32,000 - £34,000 (depending on experience)

Role Requirements
* A high level of administration and customer service skills essential
* Previous experience within a coordination role would be ideal
* Able to work under pressure, to tight deadlines, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
Within This Role You Will Be Required To
* Respond to customer queries and provide a link between internal teams and clients
* Follow up on leads for new customers
* Provide quotes, revise prices, booking information and plans within specific time frame
* Manage surveyor diaries and schedule in appointments
* Identify opportunities to upsell services
* Support clients with documents and preparations
* Negotiate rates
* Address and resolve complaints
* Data entry
