Role Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate closely with the Head of Design to bring branding, UX/UI, and various design projects to life for both the agency and its clients.
2. Actively engage in client workshops and presentations, providing expert design input to ensure the success of each project.
3. Deliver high-quality design solutions that meet project timelines and budget constraints.
4. Stay informed on the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies, continually refining your skills to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
5. Design user-centered ecommerce websites that are visually stunning, user-friendly, and accessible.
6. Work closely with web developers to ensure that your designs are accurately implemented in the final product.
7. Prepare final graphics and layouts for both digital and print distribution, ensuring they meet all production and quality standards.
8. Assist in creating branded assets for the agency, ensuring consistency across websites, social channels, pitch decks, and proposals.
9. Collaborate with marketers to create engaging social media content, messaging, and artwork across multiple platforms.
10. Design emails and CRM materials that are both visually appealing and effective.
11. Support photography projects for both the agency and its clients, enhancing visual narratives.
Candidate Requirements:
1. At least 2 years of experience in a middleweight design role, preferably within the ecommerce industry.
2. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
3. A keen eye for detail and a self-motivated approach to work.
4. A creative thinker who can work collaboratively with marketers to develop innovative campaign ideas.
5. The ability to manage multiple projects effectively and work well within a team.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for seamless collaboration.
