Administrator, East Kilbride, salary from £22,500 up to £25,000 per annum Training & Development Opportunities Administrator required to join a reputable team within a Facilities Management Company. The Administrator will be a detail-oriented and proactive individual with strong organizational skills, working in a fast-paced environment working Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities: Contract Handover: Produce Contract Handover Documents and PPM Planners/Maintenance Schedules following new contract awards. CRM Updates: Keep the CRM system and Sales Pipeline updated with current tender opportunities and new contract awards. Reporting: Create and distribute monthly reports detailing contract handovers that have been completed and issued. Meeting Participation: Attend contract handover meetings, take minutes, and issue them to the relevant personnel. Tender Coordination: Email sub-contractors with new tender opportunities, collect maintenance quotations, and ensure timely submission before the deadline. Qualifications & Required Experience: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Excellent data entry, written, and verbal communication skills. Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as a conscientious team player. Organised, with excellent interpersonal skills and a flexible approach to work. Experience in the private FM sector (desirable). Key Attributes: Ability to prioritise tasks and work to tight deadlines. Experience in coordinating multiple activities simultaneously. Calm and reliable under pressure with excellent time management skills.
