Rate: £30 p/h Umbrella or Ltd
IR35 determination: Outside of scope
Contract Length: Initial 3 month term, with likely extension for another 3 - 6 months
Shift Patterns: late shifts Mon - Fri, (4pm - 10pm)

Our Client is a well established and specialised practise that has over 20 years of experience within their market. They are a multidisciplinary consultancy that covers a range of sectors from Commercial and Healthcare properties to housing associations and education services. The client is constantly looking to grow and develop within their sectors and is therefore looking for a motivated and reliable individual who meets the following requirements:
The Role
A great job vacancy has arisen for a contract asbestos surveyor wanting to work on an exciting contract in and around the Home Counties and South Midlands area. The role will see you conducting management and re-inspection surveys to mainly commercial type buildings you will be using a PDA which will be provided to conduct surveys. Surveys will be carried out in accordance with UKAS standards. You will be working with another surveyor as a pair.
Our Client is looking for reliable and driven individuals who meet the following requirements:
1. P402 or RSPH equivalent
2. Experience with R&D surveys
3. Experience within the commercial sector
4. Have at least 6 months post qualification experience
5. Must be flexible to work in different areas to your own patch
