Description Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organisational effectiveness and efficiency. Provide executive assistance to senior leadership, including diary management and coordination of meetings. Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure all items are invoiced and paid on time. Develop and implement office policies and procedures. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires. Organise office operations and procedures, ensuring adherence to company policies. Collaborate with team members across the company, fostering a positive work environment. Handle ad-hoc administrative duties as required. Profile A successful Office Manager/Exec Assistant should have: A strong understanding of Secretarial and Business Support functions.
