The organisation is seeking an experienced Business Project Manager to oversee full project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory standards. This role serves as a link between business teams and the Project Management Office (PMO), aiding the Programme Manager and leading project workstreams.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Lifecycle: Full ownership of projects from initiation to closure.
Resource Management: Efficiently allocate and manage resources.
Governance & Risk: Ensure compliance with governance standards and manage project risks.
Change Management: Implement and facilitate change to support project integration.
Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
Performance Reporting: Oversee project tracking and KPI reporting.
Requirements:
Demonstrated success in end-to-end project management.
Expertise in methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, or PRINCE2.
Strong stakeholder management, budget handling, and risk assessment skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical abilities.
Proficiency in project tools such as MS Project or JIRA
