We are looking for a confident, motivated and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join our beautiful, rural, Outstanding Brinscall nursery.
Responsibilities:
1. Work alongside the manager and lead the team together.
2. Oversee all aspects of nursery operations, including classroom-based roles, admin, management, and customer service.
3. Train and supervise nursery staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
4. Maintain health and safety and security of the building and ensure compliance.
5. Ensure a clean and organised nursery environment.
6. Monitor and maintain nursery equipment and facilities.
Requirements:
1. Level 3 Childcare qualification - Essential.
2. Previous experience in nursery management/leadership or a related field.
3. Strong knowledge of the EYFS and confidence in Ofsted inspections.
4. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
5. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.

Pay: From £12.80 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
