Job summary This is an exciting opportunity to join CCS Luton Adults Specialist Palliative Care Team to support patients with life limiting illnesses and those who matter most to them, with specialist Palliative care needs, Palliative Support and advice and support in end-of-life care within the Community setting. We are looking for a Registered Nurse associate who will work closely with The Clinical Nurse Specialists and have a key role within the team in supporting patients, families, and carers within the home environment with the aim for promoting an improved quality of life and being aware of individuals preferences and wishes while ensuring a personalised care approach. The post holder will work with the service lead and contribute to developing service provision and ensuring the delivery of high-quality specialist palliative care within Luton Adult services and across different settings within Luton community.
