Yourmission:
JobDescription
* Ensures thehigh standard of services provided for guests and the attainment ofthe departments qualitative and quantitativetargets.
* Conveys the hotels image andatmosphere through his/her exemplary attitude warm and friendlywelcome availability and frequent presence in thefield.
* Manages and motivates the teams in orderto improve sales and the quality of F&Bservices.
* Improves the departments results byincreasing sales and the productivity of F&B points ofsale.
Customerrelations
* Enhancesguest satisfaction
* Handles guest comments andcomplaints ensuring followup
* Develops closerelationships with guests to encourageloyalty
* Ensures guests receive a warm andpersonalizedwelcome
ProfessionalTechniques /Production
* Organisesand supervises the preparation of points of sale according toactivity forecasts
* Ensures that referencestandards are properly applied
* Checks thatsales materials are well presented
* Planschanges in the menu sets prices and organises the work for the dayin coordination with the HeadChef.
Commercial /Sales
* Sets daily salestargets for the team
* Analyses guests commentsand shares them with the team
* Keeps close trackof what the competition is doing and encourage upsellingtechniques
* Develops excellent relations withguests
Management andAdministration
* Supervisespurchasing for the restaurant and kitchen manages stocks and checksthat Accor Shop purchasing targets are met as decided by thebrand
* Ensures that the equipment and culturalassets of the department remain in good condition and workingorder
* Checks inventories that have been carriedout and comply with Marge Brut (stock takingprocedures)
* Flexible to cover and manage lastminute operational challenges i.e. delay flight staffsickness
* Ensures that food and beverage costscomply with requirements defined by the hotel and thebrand
Qualifications:
Previous experience insimilar roles is preferable.
Friendlyapproachable with excellent customer serviceskills.
Attention to detail and exceptionalorganisational skills
Strong team player andpositive attitude.
Ability to work effectivelyunder pressure.
Essential to be flexible withworking hours.
Must already have the right towork in theUK.
