What you will be doing:
Providing administrative support to management and other departments.
Coordinating schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Managing documentation, including filing, data entry, and reporting.
Supporting project coordination by tracking deadlines and ensuring effective communication.
Handling queries and providing assistance to team members and clients.
What you’ll need:
Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role.
Experience in the fire and security sector is
preferable
.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
