You will be reporting directly to the Group General Manager and working alongside other Lead Livewire Advisors and directly responsible for Lifeguards.
The role
The post holder will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a multi-use building including the effective management of resources and staff to provide a fully integrated service that is responsive to customers’ needs and interests. This includes creating a safe and welcoming environment for staff, customers and other stakeholders by ensuring service standards and health, safety and welfare regulations are adhered to in accordance with Normal Operating Procedures and Emergency Action Plans.

What's needed?
Commitment to providing an excellent customer experience, embedding customer focus in all aspects of service delivery. Previous experience of working in a leisure environment and excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required for the role.
