Working Pattern: We have both Permanent and Fixed Term Contract opportunities | Full Time | Flexible First options available The role Working as a Customer Service Advisor within our Collections team you will operate in a fast moving, customer contact centre environment.This role will be a telephony-based role where you will be on the phone speaking with our customers to resolve outstanding account balances. You will manage your own portfolio of customers while working alongside the wider collections team. You will - Ensure our customers receive the highest levels of service through the delivery of exceptional customer service. - You will be adaptive in your approach, proactively managing your customers and maintain high levels of service while meeting KPI's and targets. - Being a customer facing role, you'll be great at establishing and nourishing positive working relationships with stakeholders both internal and external to the business. You have - Excellent communication and negotiating skills. - Customer Service experience. - Experience of Inbound Telephony would be advantageous.
