– Cut, trim, and portion meat according to customer specifications
– Prepare and package meat products for display or sale
– Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the butcher area
– Follow all safety procedures and guidelines when handling sharp tools and equipment
– Assist with inventory management and ordering of meat products
