GTC, who are part of the BUUK Infrastructure Group, are looking for a Planning Engineer (Electric) who would like to help us reach our mission of making lasting connections with our customers to improve their lives. As the Planning Engineer your key responsibilities are Undertake Network demand calculations and design Points of Connection (POCs) from existing electric networks to provide technical solutions and quotations for 3rd party Points of Connection Applications. Undertake Network export calculations for modelling of embedded generation applications on existing electric networks to assess and approve embedded generation applications in line with relevant Company Standards. Undertake Network export calculations for modelling of embedded generation applications on existing electric networks. Maintain a helpful and informative work environment.
