IT Support Technician Required
My client is a growing IT Managed services provider, working with schools, nurseries, and colleges operating within three countries. 100% of their customers are educators of young people. All of their services are geared around the specific needs of schools and ensuring everything is focused on improving pupil outcomes.

Responsibilities:
* Carrying out day to day 1st & 2nd Line support tasks
* Responding to helpdesk requests both on site and remotely
* Desktop, AV, Server & Network Troubleshooting
* Basic Hardware & Software repairs
* Deployment of Hardware and software
* Maintaining network documentation and reporting
* Assisting with customer sales requests
* Provide technical guidance and support to school staff.
Minimum Requirements:
* Full UK driving license
* 2+ Years in a similar role
* Experience in AV installations
* Familiarity with AutoTask or other helpdesk solutions – desirable
* CompTIA A+ or equivalent experience
* Google (G-Suite) & Office 365 experience
* Remote access Technology (Team viewer, Datto RMM)
Working hours: Monday to Friday – 37.5hrs a week (Full time)
Salary: £21,000 – 25,000 (DOE)
