Your purpose As the Group PR & Partnership Manager at Home House Collection, you will be responsible for identifying the right brand partners and managing the PR agencies for Home House Collection, Home House, and Home Grown. You will develop and implement strategic partnerships and PR plans that support key business objectives while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. This role requires creativity, excellent organisational skills, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of the entire marketing mix and tools. Reporting to our Marketing Director, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: General ● Work with the wider team to develop the annual marketing plans for both clubs. ● Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration, fostering agility and innovation. ● Collaborate with the other departments across both clubs as well as the central team to deliver PR, Partnerships, and Member Benefit activities. ● Review campaign performance and prepare monthly reports for the senior leadership team. Partnerships & Member Benefits ● Develop and execute comprehensive partnership marketing plans that benefit both parties. ● Responsible for managing the fulfilment of key partnership accounts against agreed partner strategy and KPIs, to maximise value and opportunity for both the Partner and our company. ● Plan and execute partner strategy plans and work with the wider marketing team to seek value-added opportunities, supporting both business’ strategic brand, marketing and commercial objectives. ● Ensure full delivery and execution of all the partners contractual obligations within budget. ● Support the running of partner activations and activities where appropriate. ● Create detailed partner wrap reports, case studies, and annual partnership reviews that identify key learning. ● Develop a strong understanding of partners’ business objectives, brand marketing strategy, target delivery and growth markets, competitors, and KPIs. ● Partnerships should align with the following pillars: brand positioning, member acquisition, brand awareness, and member benefits. ● All partnerships and partnership activities must be approved by the Group Marketing Director. Public Relations ● Shape our PR strategy, developing and executing comprehensive plans that support the business objectives and key messaging across both Home House & Home Grown. ● Manage PR agencies for both clubs. ● Develop a deep understanding of our products and audience needs to develop impactful PR campaigns. ● Identify and build relationships with media outlets and influencers, proactively pitch content ideas to generate positive coverage. ● Analyse trends and develop strategies to capitalise on PR opportunities for Home House and Home Grown where appropriate. ● Monitor and address potential challenges that might impact brand reputation and develop strategies to mitigate negative media coverage. ● Review and approve press releases. ● Review PR campaign performance and prepare monthly reports for the senior leadership team. Financial ● To remain within annual departmental budgets and plans. ● To monitor the financial performance of the department, including costs on a monthly basis. About you ● Strong understanding of marketing strategies and execution to drive value-added and measurable ROI for both partners and the company. ● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret results, analyse campaign performance and suggest improvements based on insights. ● Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to positively interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels. ● Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines. ● Strong relationship-building skills. ● An understanding of the media landscape and experience in managing PR agencies.
