Customer Service Executive - About our client:
A leading technology manufacturer, supplying premium products to a global customer base including construction and automotive industries. Working as part of a busy Customer Service & Sales team, you will be hands-on in supporting customers with queries, orders and warranties. An integral role within the business, working closely across all departments and providing outstanding levels of service.

Customer Service Executive - Responsibilities:
* Supporting customers with orders received by phone, email or social media
* Proactively handling and resolving customer queries & challenges
* Ownership of warranty claims and issues
* Being the key point of contact between the Engineering department and customers
* Uploading orders onto the database, printing shipping labels
* Proactively updating customers
* Compiling reports to support the Sales & Marketing functions
Customer Service Executive - What We’re Looking For:
* High levels of Customer Service skills
* Office based experience, ideally within B2B Customer Service or Sales
* Strong IT skills including Word and Excel
* Ability to learn and retain technical knowledge
