Community Matron (IDT & PCNs) - West Suffolk (£3000 welcome bonus*)
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Matron to join our Community Teams based in the West Suffolk locality, overseeing our Integrated Delivery Team (IDT) and Primary Care Networks (PCN).
In this role, you will have overall responsibility for the clinical, operational, performance, and financial management functions of your designated services. You will work alongside the Associate Director of Operations and hold joint responsibility for financial management, ensuring effective and efficient clinical, quality, and safety performance.

Main Duties of the Job
As Matron, you will work closely with the locality leadership team to ensure that high-quality care is delivered within your services and will provide professional leadership to the nursing workforce.
You will promote a culture of learning and openness and ensure clinical staff have the knowledge, capability, systems, and support to deliver evidence-based care and embed lessons learned in practice for the improvement of patient experience.

Recruitment Premium: This post attracts a recruitment premium of £3,000 (pro-rata for part-time roles). This is a one-off payment with half paid on appointment and half after the completion of a satisfactory probation period (6 months). The premium is taxable. Please note that should you leave employment or choose to move to an alternative post within the Trust that does not attract this recruitment premium, you will be required to reimburse all or some of it, as follows: 100% of the value of the premium in the first 12 months; 50% of the value of the premium in the period 12 months to 2 years following appointment. Person Specification
Qualifications
* Diploma level/Degree in relevant health/social care profession, e.g., RMN, RLDN, OT, Social Worker.
* Current relevant registration with the NMC or HCPC
* Masters Level Degree or equivalent
Experience
* Clinical Leadership and clinical care
* Involvement in managing change/projects
