HSSQ Systems Manager, Flexible location - Sisk UK
With an unwavering focus on Health and Safety at Sisk, we are looking to grow our HSSQ team with a new role in the company focusing around our HSSQ Management Systems. Responsible for reviewing feedback from internal stakeholder engagement and external assurance activity, this critical role will drive continuous improvement through the maintenance of compliant systems within a changing legislative landscape. In translating this information into enhanced HSSQ Management System content, the role is part Technical Author and part HSSQ Manager.

Key Responsibilities
1. Delivering an efficient HSSQ Management System that is clearly understood by all
2. Maintaining knowledge of legislative changes that impact operational delivery
3. Creating Policies, Procedures, Processes and other key associated content
4. Engaging HSSQ Leads to contextualise improvement opportunities
5. Supporting HSSQ Coordinator to embed changes
Key Skills
6. Robust knowledge of all aspects of HSSQ Management Systems
7. Strong understanding of Governance Processes
8. Collaboration and Communication
9. Organisational Management
Qualifications
10. Highly experienced in Construction and Civil Engineering
11. Member of National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH) at Diploma level or equivalent
12. Member of Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA) or working towards
13. Membership of Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) or working towards
14. Qualified Lead Auditor
