Conveyancer My client has an opening for an experienced Conveyancer to join their well-established, bustling traditional practice located on the Wirral. Requirements: At least 5 years' experience in handling a range of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity for both freehold and leasehold properties. Responsibilities: Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and leasehold matters. Provide clients with clear, practical, and timely advice on all aspects of residential property transactions. Draft and review contracts, leases, and other property-related documentation. Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and other parties involved in property transactions. Handle exchanges and completions, ensuring all legal requirements are met and deadlines are adhered to. Keep clients informed and updated on progress, responding promptly to queries. Maintain high standards of client care, ensuring a professional and responsive service. Essential Elements: Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5 years PQE in residential property law. Strong experience managing a caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and remortgages. Sound understanding of relevant legislation, including leasehold law and property finance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships. Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle a varied caseload. A proactive, client-focused approach to your work.
