The successful Key Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with our strategic OEM and reseller customers, fostering long-term partnerships to drive revenue and growth.
Driving revenue and profit growth with strategic accounts.
Defining, developing and implementing strategic plans, over a 3-5-year time scale, including sales growth, pipeline development, relationship management and strategic collaborations.
Ensuring company development and breakthrough innovations strongly align with customer's needs, by gathering feedback from the market and developing business cases.
Identifying risks and anticipating trends to influence future business developments within the sector. Liaising and coordinate with relevant teams to set & monitor pricing and business quality to meet targets in line with the strategic plan.
Traveling internationally & within your territory to maximise key customer contact.
Managing relationships with industry contacts and across company to ensure successful development of account portfolio.
