What you will do in your working day
* Answering incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department
* Welcoming visitors and clients with a friendly and professional demeanour
* Managing the incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring accurate documentation and organisation
* Entering supplier invoices into the system with meticulous attention to detail
* Assisting with credit control activities, including following up on outstanding invoices
* Performing general office duties such as filing, scanning, and organising documents
* Supporting the team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed
