A bit about the job: As a Resource & Cost Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the resourcing and financial aspects of our programme. You will be responsible for tracking and analysing resource allocation, ensuring that current and future demands are met efficiently. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will secure the right talent for the programme, manage onboarding and offboarding processes, and maintain accurate cost forecasts. This role is pivotal in providing senior leadership with confidence that the programme is on track and identifying risks before they become issues. Skills and experience we're looking for: Strong experience in resource management and cost control within a large-scale transformation programme. Highly numerate with excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills. Strong stakeholder management and ability to collaborate across multiple teams. Experience in financial forecasting and managing cost centres. Ability to lead resource forums and manage workforce planning effectively.
