The Disability Team are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced Community Support Coordinator.
The Coordinator will have responsibility for leading and managing teams delivering support to adults who have disabilities within services regulated by Care Inspectorate Wales.
The Coordinator will have responsibility for supporting the Team Manager with their operational responsibility for the service ensuring it is provided in line with the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016.
The ability to communicate through the medium of Welsh is Desirable for the post
Appointment to a post will be subject to 2 satisfactory references, and a DBS check.
