THE ROLE
As a new graduate osteopath, your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities aimed at helping your clients recover from injuries and improve their overall physical well-being. The role will require you to:
* Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients
* Provide hands-on osteopathic treatment using a variety of techniques
* Educate patients about their conditions and promote preventative care
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Ideally you must have:
* Formal qualifications as an osteopath
* Full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice
* Membership with Osteopathy Australia
* Ability to work independently
* Exceptional documentation & caseload management
* Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
* Sound clinical reasoning, skills & knowledge
