The Role A position for a Technical Coordinator has been released to us with BAE Systems, for an initial 12 month contract. The role holder will be an experienced administrator with a comprehensive understanding of the systems, processes and procedures of the Department. The role will sit in the Export Control Authorisations Team. Role Responsibilities: Not limited to Processing of payments via the ad hoc payment tool. Updating the insurance premium budget tracker and forecast. Raising of POs and processing payment of invoices. Tracking of uninsured losses budget spend. Issuing of insurance certificates. Processing and approval of Export Control Enhanced Training. Processing of access requests for Export Control Licences & Toolsets. Support the management of the Authorisations shared mailbox to ensure emails are responded to in a timely manner. Check submitted training paperwork for errors and liaising with the personnel. What are BAE Systems looking for from you?: Good command of English grammar. MS Excel skills. Experience managing/coordinating data. Developed administrative skills. Security Requirements: SC, ITAR & UK EYES ONLY This role will require the person to hold full Security Clearance (SC) prior to working onsite. You will need to obtain a BPSS check as part of this process. You must currently hold or be eligible and willing to obtain SC. In addition, this role involves direct and/or indirect access to ITAR Material which means there are restriction. If you are unsure as to whether you are eligible, please contact me to discuss. This role also requires you to be a sole British national. The Umbrella rate quoted above is the Gross Umbrella rate (i.e. the rate we pay to the Umbrella Company inclusive of ALL employment costs).
