Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one and small group support to children with SEN, tailoring learning activities to their individual needs. Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external specialists to ensure effective support. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, encouraging student engagement and independence. Support children's emotional, social, and academic development.Requirements: Previous experience working with children with SEN, preferably within Early Years, KS1, or KS2. A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to supporting diverse learning needs. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, NVQ in Supporting Teaching and Learning) are desirable but not essential.
