The role: We currently have a great opportunity for a Receptionist and Bookings Administrator to join our team at Berkshire Independent Hospital, based in Reading. You will be will be covering, reception, bookings and ERS including administration for all 3 departments. You will be an integral part of a team who are committed to delivering the highest quality outcomes in a supported environment, where you will be valued for your skills and expertise. This is an busy role liaising with patients, consultants and all hospital departments. We need an individual with a professional approach, excellent verbal communication skills, initiative and the ability to work within a team. You must be computer literate - experience with Word and Outlook being essential. Previous use of an Electronic Patient Record system would be an advantage.
