As a Technology Project Manager, you will:
* Drive forward the delivery of high-quality work on-time and on-budget
* Manage the day to day delivery of high-quality technology transformation work
* Manage end to end technical delivery across the entire delivery lifecycle
* Provide functional and technical expertise to support design and implementation work
* Effectively manage all risk, assumptions, issues and dependencies
* Work closely with our clients to ensure there are no gaps in their expectation and our delivery assumptions and plans
* Develop and manage e2e delivery plans
* Manage multi-functional and geographically diverse teams running the end to end technical delivery across the entire lifecycle
* Develop and enhance relationships with clients to become a trusted delivery partner.
* Clearly communicate delivery approaches and decisions to others and take responsibility for ensuring projects are delivered successfully
We are looking for experience in the following areas:
* Proven ability of successfully managing entire projects or phases of projects across the delivery lifecycle (design, build and test)
* Experience of using different delivery methodologies: Agile and Waterfall
* Understanding of key Risk, Assumptions, Issues and Dependency Management
* Strong communication skills with experience of working with clients
* Strong organisational skills managing multiple priorities simultaneously
* Experience of line managing resources and project managing a team of resources
* Strong skillset in technical phases in one or more of the delivery phases such as Technical Architecture, Solution Architecture, Business Analysis, Technical Design etc.
* Proven ability of successful project and programme delivery at scale using Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile methodology
Set Yourself Apart:
* Mastery of managing complex deliveries coordinating with internal teams, client teams and 3rd party resources with work plans at scale.
* Experience of working within the public or health sector, if not then an interest to work with public sector clients.
* Experience of working with and influencing senior stakeholders.
* Cloud/SaaS/Industry certifications and credentials.
* Demonstrate a strong Technical and Emotional Quotient.
