The Package
* Chef Manager
* £45,000 per annum.
* Sensible hours of work. (Day time Hours)
* Monday - Friday
* 52 week contract

The Job Role
* Chef Manager to work in a high-volume site with similar experience.
* Chef Manager to manage the Hospitality events on site.
* 100% Fresh Food Operations for 1000 covers a day.
* Be an advocate for development and create opportunities for advancement
* The Chef Manager will be required to inspire, lead and develop an enthusiastic team of 5 staff including the head chef.
* Monday to Friday (Some Saturday flexibility)
The Requirements
* A Chef Manager comfortable developing and implementing creative menus that showcase the very best of their skills.
* A Chef Manager to deliver the highest quality standards and presentation every day
* The successful applicant will already be a proven Chef Manager and/or Catering Manager head chef.
* A career history within contract catering is essential.
* A team player who leads from the front and is a hands on operator.
