Job Summary
We're seeking a Technical Trainer to join our team in Wakefield. As a key member of our Operations team, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering technical training plans to ensure our workforce has the necessary skills to succeed.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver technical training plans in conjunction with our Learning & Development team
* Provide technical training to ensure consistent learning standards across our sites
* Audit and review technical training materials to ensure they're up-to-date and effective
* Promote a balanced approach to formal training, coaching and on-the-job learning to enhance performance
* Maintain and update training records
Requirements
* Educational background: Apprenticeship qualified or holds an engineering-based NVQ level 3 or equivalent
* Operational insight: Ability to develop training materials and conduct engaging training sessions based on operational equipment
* Industry experience: Experience in the FMCG/Supply Chain sector, preferably in a manufacturing environment
* Compliance knowledge: Awareness of Health, Safety and Environment policies
* Quality systems understanding: Familiarity with Quality Management Systems

Location
This role is based in Wakefield, one of our largest manufacturing sites in Europe, producing over a third of GB's volume.
